With the hard work of many, Windows has developed gradually since the early 90s from a small, volunteer-based organization to a medium-size one with paid staff in modest facilities. Due to the global financial crisis and the decreasing faith in the possibilities of peace in the Middle East, among other factors, Windows experienced a setback in funding in 2012-13. Determined as ever to overcome all challenges, some members of the Windows team decided to continue to work  as volunteers and with minimal budgets for the projects. With the help of our devoted youth and communities and of diligent local and international volunteers, we are able to keep our educational work going, to reduce our debts, and to invest more in fundraising.

The financial report below reflects the crisis we encounter and our ability to cope with it and move forward.
